Quick thought for indoor training.  If you can, swing a club inside with your eyes closed and no shoes on.  Be aware of your balance and where the weight is on your feet. Is it on your toes?  Heels?  The inside of your foot or the outside?  Then be aware of the club head.  Can you sense where it is as you swing?  Does the swing feel jerky or smooth?
Do the same thing with only the right hand on the club and then with only the left.  Any difference?
Awareness drills are great and can be of much value if you don’t over think things.  After doing this, bring your observations and questions to your next lesson and we will discuss.
